Volunteers
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest volunteers to help out are our exciting upcoming events. Below you will find the range of things we need help with. It will be fun and fulfilling and you will receive free entry to the Launch and/or the Expo and will receive a little gift to boot.
We need helpers for our Community Battery Launch and for our inaugural New Energy Expo.

Launch Helpers
We need helpers:

Early Prior to the launch to help set up lighting and signage at 9am - 11am on Tuesday 25th March

Prior to the launch 4pm - 6pm to safely usher vehicles out of the carpark and help vendors and performers to set up

During the launch 5pm - 10pm to help smooth operations and clean up at the end
Expo Helpers
We need helpers:

Early Prior to the Expo to phone around people to let them know about the event and how to book 2 hour stints during the week of March 10th 2025 at the Geni.Energy office

Prior to the Expo to stuff gift bags, print lanyards and decorate the venue at 9am - 11am on Tuesday 25th March

At the start of the Expo 7.30am - 9.30am to staff the registration desk, giving delegates and dignitaries a Narrabri welcome and explain the day
EV Valet Service
We would love local Electric Vehicle owners to provide a valet service from the Moree airport for those attendees flying in.
We would need you to meet the flights on Tuesday 25th March 9.30am, Wednesday 26th March 6.20pm and Thursday 27th 10.40am.
